Detail for stem wall to slab connection

Hi guys,
I am trying to figure out how to properly detail a stem wall connecting to a slab on grade foundation and vise versa. I've attached a preliminary drawing of what i think it should be, but of course, I am accepting any feedback. the top of slab and top of stem wall should be at same elevation.
