Hello, this is my first post here. I'm not an engineer, but I do like to tinker with things
I'm interested in the manufacturing process of swimming goggles. This looks like a relatively simple project to learn how to create an object and bring it to life.
I've searched thw web for a comprehensive guide, but couldn't find any.
These googgles look simple enough to make -

- on the rim they have a little silicone to make them more soft, but bare plastic products are also in use.
It would be very helpful if you can point me reading materials or videos. I'm not a native En speaker, so maybe I din't search with the right keywords.
Thanks!
The lenses are typically made of polycarbonate. While this material is shatter proof, it's not necessarily scratch resistant. Polycarbonate lenses are shatter proof and provide UV protection, which makes them a great choice for swim goggles.
