I would like some guidance about the stress distribution of a beam with a rectangular opening (in the web).

Depends on the size of the hole. If it's small, say for some light load services, the local deflections may be negligible (10% or less of the beam depth ~). If it's a large hole, I'd look at the Vierendeel type actions around the opening as some local stiffening may be in order.
