SAP2000 creating pinned connection

Hi,
I have a problem creating pinned connection in SAP2000.
I have a frame, I want to release the moment between beams and column.
I know that this is done trough Assign > Frame > Releases, ticking the moment than accept and done, and I should see green circles on the element that I have applied to make with pinned connection.

For some reason the Apply button in Releases is grayed out and I dont know why. Can someone help me figure this out?

In this forum I cant upload the file but I have uploaded a screenshot, on which a node is selected and apply is grayed out.
