Probably some of you use quick extrusion profiles like 8020 profiles for tooling design.
I have 2 questions for you.
What size do you think is the most usefull?
If you have to choose between 40 mm x 40 mm profiles and 45mm x 45mm profiles for general appllications
wich one will you choose?

The best one. Seriously.
You ask a general question you get a general answer. If there were no difference between the performance and cost of the two sizes, they wouldn't offer them. One is stronger, one is cheaper, one is heavier, one is more available. Which characteristic means more to you?
