Unfortunately, this is very similar to 90% of the inquiries that come through my office.
I suspect that the op wants somebody to stop what they are doing and provide complex engineering analysis for them.
I get these requests a couple of times a month either by email or phone call. It amazes me how some people respond to my "you want me to do what" response.

"Yes I'll design you a helicopter from scratch including all drawings, specs and full calculations. I'll do it in my lunch hour. For free you say? But of course!" - Said no one ever.
It gets hard not to laugh in peoples faces when things like this come up. Both on here and in life.
