Cinical Alignment Pin & Bushing Search

Hello
Does anyone know where I can get alignment pins like the ones below? The dimensions are English and the thread looks like 1-1/4x12. The female pin has a hex key socket in the bottom.

Thanks for the reply! Jergens and Essentra were new sources for me. I checked DME, Hasco, Cumsa, Progressive, Superior, All American and McMaster Carr. Unfortunately I didn't have any luck. I'm starting to think these aren't "catalog" items. I pulled these out of a heavy gauge, twin sheet, thermoform mold and I need to get replacements. There are no identifying marks and they don't look as "finished" as catalog items normally do. Looks like I'll need to model these up and get them quoted.
