What are the minimum number of test rings with various tests (CVN, Side Bend, Nick Break etc.) that are needed to qualify any material for Welding Procedure and also for Mechanical testing as per AWS D1.1, API 1104 and ASME IX? Thanks for your response.

The information given by the the last thread gives us fine and very nice steps to know about the welding. This is a great stuff and very useful in mechanical process.
