Diesel refractionator?

Hi all

Anyone know what a diesel refractionator plant is? I know it is used to refract mixed and spilled diesel back into its constituent products, but I need to know what else it is known as, in order to research it further.

Happened across the term this morning. Most contain distillation towers and other devices, and are called transmix processing facilities, and deals with gasoline/diesel/jet-fuel mixes.
