    1/4-20 Thread callout

    Hello,

    I have a legacy drawing that calls out a 2X .250-20 SL, at two holes from a symmetrical centerline.

    Does anyone know what "SL" means, or if this is a standard abbreviation?

    I'm not sure about the thread specification - as "SL" normally refers to the screw itself as being "Slotted" Straight.
