Please help me in calculating the clamping force of a shaft collar which was cut to 3 pieces and was hold together by 3 X m14 bolts with preload force of 86 kN.each.

Collar which was cut to 3 and held together by 3X 14mm zinc plated bolts is clamped to a 192 mm hollow 316 s/s shaft. What will be the required clamping force of the collar to the shaft which rotates at 1500 rpm in order to withstand the force of say 100 kN axially directed to the shaft?
