I search after websites or other information about industrial design of cars and I also search after information about industrial design that receives the inspiration from the nature and from the biology for all kinds of projects and not only for cars.

Design inspiration cannot be learned or taught. You either have a flair and skill for the art required, or you do not. Most Engineers do not have this flair as their focus is directed at the practicality and safety of designs where invariably, the function is far more important than the look.
