AN-40 Locknut Shaft Dimensions

I am trying to find the shaft dimensions (tolerances with max and mins) for an AN-40 locknut. Does anybody have a good reference for this larger size locknut?

AN-40 has been cancelled and replaced by MS-28750.

CONNECTION-ENGINE OIL 90 DEG. (3 BOLT FLANGE) USE MS-28750
