I'm sure there is an easy equations for this but I just can't seem to remember.
I have a 8" (diameter) fan producing 800 CFM. The diameter is being reduced down to 2.5".
I would like to know how the diameter difference is going to change the flow rate and pressure.

The transition will be smooth and on the exhaust side about 22 inches down the line.
