Hi all, In SolidWorks 2007, I'm trying to save an assembly as a multibody part. As the tutorial says, I'm opening the "Save As" dialog box and click ".prt, .sldprt" as filetype. The tutorial in "Help" says that 3 check boxes below should appear, but they don't! Exterior Faces
When I continue and save the assembly as part and make a drawing sheet of it, I can not create section views. Is there anything that I'm missing or wrong? Why dont the 3 checkboxes appear? thx

Why are you trying to save it as a part? Why not just make a drawing from the assembly? |
