I'm a member of an R&D team @ company that designs & manufactures large/complex farming equipment..we use Inventor to do our designs. The company has recently desided to have everything (assemblies,parts, drawings) "checked into" the VAULT @ the end of every day.
I feel the VAULT is a very useful tool for finished products, but have an issue with "checking in" all R&D material, from concept to completion, of new (R&D) projects. I'd very much appreciate the opinions of others that use Inventor, as to their experience/practice with respect to R&D projects & Inventor Vault. |
