Hi everyone,
Im designing a wheel barrow. Does anyone know of any website that can help/enlighten me on the process of manufacturing the actual product?
I mean what are the follow up of the design process, how the components(frame, wheel barrow container) are made, what are the other things to consider..

No web site I know of....

But steel wheel barrow tubs are generally stamped out of steel sheet with a large tool. It would take a large punch press and would need to be stamped in a progressive die. Meaning: stamped in a few stages.

To ease the process some pie slices may need to be removed and mount holes punched in one stage, another would likely stamp the shape and an additional would roll the edges for strength and handling. Then the seams where the pie slices now overlap need to be welded or fused.

Then you have the paint, likely power coat.

The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
