HELLO TO ALL,

I WANT SOME INFORMATION REGARDING GEARBOX.
A GEAR BOX WITH INPUT TORQUE 1ONm and output torque 500Nm.
IF INPUT SHAFT IS ROTATED MANUALLY, THEN HOW TO
SELECT GEARBOX.
WHAT IS THE RELATION SHIP BETWEEN INPUT RPM ANG GEAR BOX.
IF INPUT RPM IS MORE,WILL GEAR BOX COST MORE FOR SAME TORQUE

So, you want a 50 to 1 gear box. How you turn the input shaft is not a factor. You will have to turn the input shaft 50 turns to turn the output shaft 1 turn... this because you said you want to have a 10Nm in and a 500Nm out. 500/10=50
There will be some losses but I doubt they will make any difference.

Generally gearboxes in this size group all cost about the same with not much change per ratio, for common off the shelf general usage. You can purchase them easily from one of several online catalog houses. They come in inline and 90° versions.
