Adjustable Hinge?

I am looking for a simple design for an adjustable hinge, I wish to incorporate into a facerest on a therapy couch. Possible quick release functions, similar to the ones on cycle wheels. I need to adjust both length and angle. Any advice or links would be greatly appreciated
